The villa has been newly built by Standard Pacific Homes to a very high standard for vacation rental and is beautifully furnished and decorated to a high specification.

It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites with king sized beds 2 twin bedded rooms with a jack and gill bathroom and a huge family room with a queen sized sofa bed. This means that the villa can comfortably sleep 10 people.

Each bedroom has walk in closets and a crib and high chair are available at no extra cost for families with infants. The villa has its own fully screened private pool accessed via patio doors from the family room and the master bedroom, both of which are alarmed for your child's safety. Pool furniture and towels are provided.

The kitchen and dining area are well fitted with cupboards and counter tops and has all the equipment you could possibly need during your stay - full sized oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave , washer/dryer, waste disposal, ice maker etc.

The villa has a telephone system, local calls are free and long distance calls can be made using a telephone card.
The price includes all gas, electricity, clean linen and towels.
